When a member requests termination of their paid membership, subscription fees are NOT refundable unless there has been a reoccurring charge. Our membership is set up as an “auto-renew” system so it automatically renews every six months. It is the members responsibility to track this time and give us a appropriate amount of time via email request to cancel their account if they wish to be removed. At this time we do offer 30 days for this reoccurring charge to be refunded, but no longer than 30 days. Any request outside of 30 days of a reoccurring charge will not be accepted. Should a refund be issued by BlueWave Advisors, LLC all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. BlueWave Advisors, LLC will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. All sales are final. Our full policy with respect to refunds is set forth in our Refund Policy. 30 day reoccurring charge refunds are only allowed once. We will not issue multiple refunds for any matter. No “trial” period is offered for our subscriptions. Only one 30-day reoccurring refund per subscriber is eligible for refund. We reserve the right to revoke any attempt or request for a refund by a subscriber who has already been issued a 30-day reoccurring refund.
